Who we are

The data controller is Lizom Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number {{COMPANY_NUMBER}}, with its registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@getlizom.com.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because the scale and nature of our processing do not require one. Privacy questions go to the address above.

Data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the business and answer you.

  • Contact form and email. Name, email address, the subject you choose, the content of your message, and the date and time you gave consent.
  • Orders. When you buy through the sales channels operated by Lizom Pro Ltd, we receive your name, delivery and billing addresses, email, phone number if provided, the items ordered and the order value. Payment card details are collected directly by our payment provider and never reach us.
  • Returns and customer service. Correspondence about an order, return reasons and refund records.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the site secure and available. This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no social media plug-ins. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to a third-party font service when you visit.

The sales channels and payment providers we use set strictly necessary cookies to keep a basket and secure a payment. Those are described on the channel itself. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies to getlizom.com, we will ask for your consent first through a banner, and this section will be updated.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to customer data is limited to team members who need it, and our service providers are bound by contractual security obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach where the law requires it.

Children

Our products and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Where required by Article 27 of the EU GDPR, Lizom Pro Ltd appoints a representative in the European Union whom data subjects and supervisory authorities may contact on data protection matters.
