Partner workshops
Finished goods from a small group of partner workshops in Europe and Asia, checked against our specifications before they ship to us.

Inventory we own
We buy inventory outright. Every product on this site is physically in stock and owned by Lizom Pro Ltd.

03 — EU fulfilment
Picked and packed in the EU
Stock is stored at third-party fulfilment centres inside the European Union, where orders are picked, packed and handed to carriers.

04 — Your door
Tracked delivery
Tracked delivery in 2 to 5 business days across the EU. If it is not right, you have 14 days to send it back.

The process
Eight steps, every piece.
From a roll of fabric to a doorstep, this is what happens to every product we sell. Nothing is skipped, and nothing is handed to a marketplace.

Step 01Sourcing
Fabrics and formulas are chosen first. Suppliers work from our specifications, not the other way round.

Step 02Specifications
Every product has a written spec: materials, measurements, packaging and labelling. It travels with the batch.

Step 03Batch inspection
Each delivery is checked against its spec before it is accepted into stock. What fails goes back.

Step 04Own inventory
Lizom Pro Ltd buys stock outright. Nothing on this site is dropshipped or listed without being on a shelf.

Step 05EU warehousing
Inventory sits in third-party fulfilment centres inside the European Union, close to the customers it is for.

Step 06Pick and pack
Orders are picked, scanned and packed by our fulfilment partners, with a tracking number created at the same time.

Step 07Tracked delivery
Carriers deliver in 2 to 5 business days across the EU and 3 to 7 to the UK. Customers follow every parcel.

Step 08Returns
14 days to change your mind. Returns are received, checked and refunded within 14 days of arrival.

Registered and accountable
Lizom Pro Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our company number, registered office and contact email are on every page of this site, and our directors are listed on the public Companies House register.

Sourcing on our terms
We work with a small number of partner workshops and specify fabrics, formulas and packaging ourselves. Every batch is checked against those specifications before we accept it into stock.

Inventory we own
We buy stock, not just listings. Nothing on this site is dropshipped. If a product is shown, it is on our shelves and owned by Lizom Pro Ltd.

Fulfilment inside the EU
Orders are picked and packed by third-party fulfilment partners inside the European Union, so EU customers pay no import duties and parcels arrive in days, not weeks.

Payments and policies you can read
Card and wallet payments are processed by PCI DSS certified providers. We never see or store card details. Delivery, returns and privacy terms are published in full and written to be read.

Delivery
Tracked shipping from EU fulfilment centres. 2 to 5 business days across the EU, 3 to 7 to the UK. Delivery costs are always shown before payment.
Returns
14 days from delivery to return any unworn item with its hygiene seal and packaging intact. Refund within 14 days of receipt.
Secure payment
On our sales channels, payments are handled by PCI DSS certified providers. Card details never touch our servers.
