About Lizom

A small company with its own shelves.

Lizom Pro Ltd is a newly incorporated British company selling women's lingerie, clothing, skincare and accessories directly to customers across Europe. This page explains why we started and how the business actually runs.

Why we started

Between fast fashion and a luxury price tag.

There is a gap in women's essentials. On one side, pieces that fall apart after a season. On the other, prices that have more to do with a logo than with the fabric. Lizom exists in the middle.

We design a short range of lingerie, clothing and skincare around a small number of materials we understand: recycled nylon that holds its shape, organic cotton that softens with washing, merino that regulates, formulas with ingredient lists you can read out loud.

Selling directly means we can price on the cost of making things well rather than on the number of hands a product passes through. It also means we are responsible for the whole journey, from the workshop to your door, and we prefer it that way.

We chose to hold our own stock rather than dropship. It ties up capital, and it is the only way to control quality, delivery times and what happens when something goes wrong.

Three links, all accounted for.

01 — Sourcing

Partner workshops, our specifications

Finished goods are made by a small group of partner workshops in Europe and Asia. We provide the specifications, fabrics or formulas, and packaging. Each batch is checked against them before we accept it.

02 — Inventory

Stock we buy and own

Lizom Pro Ltd purchases inventory outright. Everything shown on this site is physically in stock. We do not show products we do not hold, and we do not resell third-party catalogues.

03 — Fulfilment and delivery

Third-party fulfilment inside the EU

Our stock is stored at third-party fulfilment centres in the European Union. Orders are picked, packed and handed to tracked carriers from there, so EU customers pay no import duties.

What we hold ourselves to

Rules we follow because they are the rules.

Selling clothing and cosmetics to consumers in Europe comes with obligations. We would rather list them than hide them.

Product labelling and safety

Textiles carry their fibre composition as required by EU Regulation 1007/2011. Cosmetic products are placed on the market in line with EU Regulation 1223/2009 and the UK Cosmetics Regulation, with full ingredient lists and no claims we cannot substantiate.

Consumer rights

A 14-day right to cancel on every order, a two-year legal guarantee of conformity in the EU, and the protections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK. Set out in full in our terms of sale.

Data protection

We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Details in the privacy policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by PCI DSS certified providers. Lizom never sees or stores card details, and every order is covered by written terms you can read before you buy.

The team

Run by its founders, reachable by email.

Lizom is run by its founding team from the United Kingdom, with fulfilment partners in the EU. The company's directors are listed on the public Companies House register. For partnership, wholesale or verification requests, write to us and we will share the documents you need.
